I'm not totally sure how the model is oriented but this looks like the so-called Z seam. It's the point where one layer is finished and the nozzle moves to the next layer. On models with corners, the slicer will they to hide it in those corner. On round objects there's no place to make it disappear. There several options for it, under Print Settings→Layers and Parameters→Advanced. I would also suggest you check out the seam painter tool in Prusaslicer that allows you to fine-tune where the seam goes.
