Please save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

OK, let's start again.  The gcode is useless to us, we need to see all the settings you used.

In PrusaSlicer, slice your model as you did before, don't bother with the gcode.

Save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the resulting .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

Don't post it on Google, attach it here...

Attachment arrived OK.

Is there any particular reason for 0.15mm layers?  I would use 0.2mm.

The varying surface finish suggests you may be printing a little too hot for your filament.

Have you tried printing this without input shaper? We are only just learning how to  troubleshoot IS profiles.

My instinct is to rotate the part on the build sheet so that the open side is down and it becomes a dome shaped print.  This would also ease the printing of those awkward lugs and reiforcements.

The mistakes seem to propagate upwards from initial small flaws in overhangs; are there any fizzing or sputtering sounds from your extruder at the lower points of the error patterns?

RE: Half round.

Hi, done and test the falowing and the settings on

0.4 nozzle 0.2 LH 220 temp with IS = same

0.4 nozzle 0.2 LH 210 temp with IS = les

0.4 nozzle 0.2 LH 205 temp with IS = clogged multiple times

0.4 nozzle 0.2 LH 220 temp no IS = perfect only the organic support failed on the top and I get Spagetti.

0.4 nozzle 0.2 LH 220 temp no IS = perfect with standaard support.

The is my tests. I think the cooling can't keep up with the speed.

Thanks

It looks like your tests have identified a working procedure - did you try rotating the part open side down?  Do you hear any popping or fizzing?
