Gaps and eruptions at perimeter start.

Yesterday I installed a 0.6mm nozzle and noticed that when printing with the IS 0.32 Speed profile, issues started to appear around seams. I did not do many tests, but it seems that it is not happening with other profiles. What I am observing is that when the printhead moves to a new layer and starts printing the inner perimeter, sometimes it misses 1-2mm, then extrudes a blob and then completes the perimeter without issues. Not sure why this happening - i have a particular PETG filament where this issue is quite pronounced, but I've seen it with PLA as well. What do you think is causing this?
