Dramatic layer shift with no apparent mechanical reason

Any help on this would be much appreciated. The layer shift is quite dramatic and has not been a regular occurrence before. (I can't say it has never happened, as this is a work printer and I'm not the only one who uses it. It has happened to me before, but never to this extent.) The print was done via a connected raspberry pi (running repetier server) but this has never caused any issues before. I have searched the forums for similar topics prior to posting but most I have found seem to be due to mechanical issues, which I have already eliminated. Thank you to anyone who responds in advance!

If you have excluded the usual mechanical suspects such as loose grub screws and you're not using a bad infill such as grid, this may be an instance of https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware-Buddy/issues/4487 which has happened to me now a lot more often than I like.

This seems to be the case, as someone else on the subreddit pointed me towards this same issue. Going to try again with a different infill and see what the results are. Honeycomb here we come! If this is the fix I'll report back here for anyone else having this same issue and mark solved. Thank you!
