X-axis whine on certain movements

It happens in other parts of the print as well, not just that specific position. MK4 is a kit, has worked for 3 months now, moderate to low use, and so far very well - I'm quite happy. Today this started. Any suggestions what's wrong and what I can do? I think I still have the grease and application-tool lying around.
