Some remarks on replacing the V6 Nozzle Adapter

Fortunately, you only have to do that once!

I had printing problems and suspected among other things the filament, the PINDA (35°) No Brim, Place on Face forgotten, build plate not clean enough… The last thing I thought of was the nozzle. Replace at 500 hours? Sure! Just try to 1000 hours. I’m at 750 hours now. Test plate looks fine. Forget it! It’s the nozzle! Don’t take any risks and replace a standard brass nozzle every 500 hours. Costs € 7.99!

Last but not least: Prusa: take pictures of the connectors after they are disconnected with exact indication where to press to get them loose. The electronic dummy now compares it to a 220 volt terminal block where you have to press something to pull it off the wire. Almost fatal in this case! You also see clearly which wires need to be disconnected instead of naming the names while they are still attached.

By the way, I don’t understand the advantage of a complete Nextruder Hotend. With the nozzle adapter, changing the nozzle is much easier.
