Resonance issue on the X axis
Hi everyone,
Since I built my MK4, I've had issues with resonance on the X-axis. No matter what I try (tightening everything up, loosening the bearing a little, changing the belt tension) I always get the same frequency showing up on the X axis, when the Y (the bed) is moving back and forth. As nothing seems to have any effect whatsoever, does this mean the bearings are at fault?
In the print below I experimented with different speeds, the 40 mm/s looks clean, but the same resonance is also in there when looking well under a light. To be clear, this is a special resonance tuning model from Klipper, that can be used also on the Prusa with a certain profile. This print here is after tuning and setting the Input Shaper to better values (for me), changing these values or setting them back to stock shows the exact same resonance. The Y axis looks great, no issues there.
