Problems with Hotend on Nextruder V6
Hello
I don't usually post to forums, but i really ran out of ideas with this issue.
I recently swaped from the standart 0.4 nozzle to the adapter with a seperate nozzle because the old one was clogged with some object and i broke it when trying to remove the object it with a blow torch and a needle. (not the issue right now 😛 )
Now my prints don't get past layer 15 without the nozzle clogging/extruder shaving off the filament due to the resistance off pushing out the filament being to high.
I tried everything i could think off:
- printing the same file with a different hotend on the same printer (worked)
- replacing parts of the old hotend with new parts, including:
- nozzle
- nozzle adapter (with heatbreak ect.)
- thermistor
- heating resistor
- trying differents filaments
- cleaned gearbox
The only thing i did't replace was the aluminium block, but can't be the issue right?
I fallowed the manuals when changing the parts, so i doubt it's an assembly problem.
Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated 🙂
