Problem updating firmware to 6.4.0 from 6.2.6
I'm running a firmware update on my Prusa Mk4, updating to 6.4.0 from 6.2.6. The update is stuck, with a message on the screen "Looking for BBF..."
Any help wouild be aappreciated.

Check whether you have the correct FW version for the correct printer on the USB drive. Try using another USB drive with the correct FW version.

Thanks. I copied the firmware file on to a different USB drive, and it installed just fine. It may be time to retire that USB as I've been using it to transfer files to my Mk4 ever since I've had it.

The original USB needs to be backed up to a computer, and then reformatted as FAT32. And it will work like new again. If you don't mind losing files written to the USB, format the USB without backing up. This is unfortunately a known feature of these printers that they slowly damage their own USB.
