Print quality of external walls
Good morning everyone, I would like to bring to your attention a problem that I am having with my prints. I do this by showing you the photo of an object that I designed and printed with my MK4. The material used is ESUN PA-CF. Printing temperature 280°, fan off. The two objects were printed from the same stl file in input shaping mode. To print the one on the right I reduced the printing speed to 70%, from the printer settings, while in the one on the left I left the speed at 100% and as you can see it has on the vertical wall some almost regular and raised lines that make the result really horrible. In your opinion, what could be the problem and above all, what intervention do you suggest to solve it? I would say that it is a mechanical problem of the Z axis but I am not sure also because I checked and everything seems ok. The tapped screws are clean and threaded, the scroll bars are also clean and vertical. There are no loose fastenings and perhaps all the screws are fixed too tightly. I really don't know how to solve it and for this I thank those who can provide me with support
