Online Calculators?

Hi all, Does anyone know of any online or other Calculators to determine the Max and Volumetric Speed,  Max Print Speed, Acceleration,  Max Flow Rate tc, and perhaps other settings to help dial the MK 4 in for the fastest and cleanest prints? I know there are some calculators online ( https://blog.prusa3d.com/calculator_3416/ but is missing some of the most important settings.  I am sure that there are plenty of calculators out there, but they tend to be designed for specific printers or extruders. There aren't many I have found based on the MK4 and the new Nextruder. 

Unfortunately, I don't really know enough about the science of printing to even begin to try and come up with solutions based on some formulas. I just don't have the scientific and mathematic brain to try and figure this out. If anyone knows of some calculators out there, or if perhaps you have some spreadsheet calculations that you may have put together to hone in your Slicer settings to give you the fastest and cleanest prints or if some Prusa Developers could help us with this given your intimate understanding of the MK4 I know I would be greatly appreciative as I am sure many people on here would be as well!}
