Nozzle seems to have been "pushed out" during print.

My print failed and I found the printer like this last night. Failed to capture the error message because I shut the machine down in a panic.

Anybody have any tips for steering me to a diagnosis / fix ?

Thanks in advance !

RE: Nozzle seems to have been "pushed out" during print.

I just had this exact same problem.  I think the shaking of the machine during prints slowly loosened the thumb screws. Unfortunately mine caught on the side of the bed and pulled the thermistor wires out so i will have to replace that completely. I would have though the crash detection would have stopped it but it kept trying to print while the end of the nozzle was off the side of the bed.
