Nozzle rattles over inlay

I noticed in the last days, that the nozzle of the Mk4 rattles sometimes over the inlay.
It sounds that the extruder does not move high enough or that the inlay is maybe too high.

I found a short video of a different printer, but the solution is not applicable for the Mk4 due to the auto leveling.

Any ideas?

RE: Nozzle rattles over inlay

By inlay, do you mean infill? If so, are you using grid infill? Grid is default on PrusaSlicer for MK4 profiles. There have been some threads discussing this, with people reporting grid is not an ideal infill, especially on IS profiles.

Grid crosses at each layer and can build up and cause the nozzle to catch and make noise or even in extreme cases cause print failure. Cubic is one recommended alternative, still crosses each layer but shifts location each layer so less material builds up. Prints almost as fast as grid. Gyroid is one infill (not the only one) that does not cross on the same layer, though it prints slower.
