Noisy y-axis movement & dirty smooth rod.

Hi!

I have been using my pre-assembled mk4 now for 4 months without any issues, but this weekend I started hearing some rattling / clicking noises during y-axis movement and decided to do some cleaning, lubing and checking belt tension to try and resolve it but I have been unsuccessful.

Here is a video where I use the manual control mode to just move the bed back and forth:

The noise seems to be coming from the left side underneath the bed somewhere but I have not been able to pinpoint exactly where its coming from, my guess is that its one of the two connection points for the smooth rod. I have checked and re-tightened the screws for these but that didn't change anything.
During cleaning I noticed that the left side smooth rod for the y-axis was a lot dirtier than anything else, it had dark gray/black residue on it.

I have not noticed any impact on print quality, but I have stopped printing for now because I don't understand the issue and don't want to risk damaging any parts.

Anyone here that recognize this issue? What parts if any should I replace? I'm a little bit lost and looking for guidance.

Update: I contacted prusa support which determined that the issue was either the bearings or the smooth rod and sent me replacements for each.
After replacing the smooth rod and bearings the issue disappeared entirely.
