new MK4 - LCD screen not lighting up
Hi all, Our MK4 has been printing well until today.
The PLA filament seemed to get stuck threading through the feeding tube so it stopped printing.
I pressed the Stop button and shut the printer off.
I then thought I'd power it back on and unload the filament and re-thread the filament but after I hear the "fan" sound it makes when it 1st powers on the Control Screen doesn't light up anymore.
I'm not sure how to proceed now?
I pressed the Reset button on the Control but that didn't seem to make any difference.
Thank you for your suggestions as to how to correct all this.

I've seen several comments that when the screen doesn't light up, one of the common problems is a loose or broken ribbon cable between the LCD panel and the main control board...
