MK4 not getting IP address
I've a had my Mk4 working perfectly for over a year with my ethernet connection, until the other day where I no longer get an IP address. I do have "Eth" selected as my active interface. If I go into the settings, I just have a "-" for my IP address, network, and gateway. The back ethernet port blinks to indicate activity where the cord is plugged in, as well as giving me a grayed out network icon on the display. (I unplug the cable the icon disappears) The other prusa printers I have plugged into the same switch work fine. I've replaced cables, and have even done a full reset on the printer. My IT department didnt see a reason why it was not working. Any suggestions to get the ethernet working on my MK4? Thanks!
