Mk4/Mk3 Frame Specs/Hole Spacing Dimensions
I was doing some looking on various free printable download websites to find a good filament spool holder that would not add any additional height to the printer size (unlike the included Mk4/Mk3 one). During which I came across one by Hedberg on Printables which has hole spacing compatible with several of the unused threaded holes on the Mk4 frame... BUT, when mounted sideways (oriented so the spool hangs) it sticks out past the frame width and either collides with the Z-Axis motor, or the cable mount on the back of the printer head assembly.
So: does anyone know if/where I might find the hole spacing sizes and dimensions on the Mk4/Mk3 frame so I might be able to design my own? I've looked at various GitHub threads, Prusa's websites, Thingiverse, and others but nothing has come up. Thanks!

I'm not used to giving everything on a "silver platter", everyone should deserve what they deserve. It's actually on the Prusa Github in the MK3 section and that should do the trick. I'll just add a reminder instead. You are probably trying to make a coil mount attached using the holes in the frame above the electronics box. If I may advise you, don't do it. The weight of a spool of filament suspended on one side of the frame, and with the center of gravity heavily out of the plane of the frame, will only twist the frame, and the Z-axis rods, along with the screws, will not be parallel on both sides. This will also twist the X-axis and everything mounted on it. This distortion will not be visible to the naked eye, but sooner or later it will affect the accuracy of the printer's operation. And if you place the spool lower than the top of the frame, you will have trouble guiding the filament into the extruder, especially for tall prints. But this is just my advice, the decision is up to you.

You probably didn't search well. On Prusa's Github, you can find a drawing of the MK3 frame in DXF format. It is not a mechanical drawing with dimensions, but these dimensions can be measured with a little effort. And if you want to design your own spool holder, this drawing can certainly be put into your modeling program and guided by it. So please take another look.

Yeah, you're probably right... I didn't know exactly where to look in GitHub.
