MK 4 nozzle change. nozzle will not come out
I went to change the nozzle on my MK4 today and It would not come out.. it would turn with wrench or socket and unthread from block, but not pull out. I ended up using different thickness wrenches to pry the nozzle tube out but the copper sleeve is still stuck in the heat break.. Now what?
I'm fearful to drill it out.. if I'm off slightly its garbage..

Ok… so I drilled it out.. and lucky enough… everything still functions.
it was like it was glued in..

Well done job. Tricky to drill and not damage!.
Question: Did you heat up the nozzle before trying to unscrew it? You probably did, but you never know.

Yes sir I did… then I even tried a propane torch to heat up the break a bit.. and nothing..

As I said: You probably did, and that is how it was.
Question stays how to avoid this happening a second time. You don't want the nozzle to be too tight, but also not too loose. Tricky
