Loud Rattle on both X and Y & Extruder Play?
My MK4 started off working just great, however recently its gotten louder and louder.
So far, I've:
1) Retightened all the bolts.
2) Made sure the belts are tightened to spec per the manual.
3) Re-greased the rods with lithium grease.
Here is the rattle in question:
I can replicate the rattle when it is off by moving the Y axis in various speeds back and forth, but it isn't as loud. I have checked other threads here for similar issues and have tried the quick solutions there such as what I listed above, but so far I am having no luck.
The only thing I noticed that was a little strange was that there is a tiny bit of play in the x-axis extruder as seen here:
But that has always been that way, even after tightening everything up. I assume that is normal?
