Looking for 3D models (NOT .stl files) for the MK4 fan door and fan duct.
Looking for 3D models (NOT .stl files) for the MK4 fan door and fan duct. I would like to modify these parts because if I am not careful routing the heater and thermistor wires, the fand door will not close. Also, the cooling duct is not great.
I can get the .stl files, but I really want the original model files so I can modify them.
I use Alibre Design, but I can read most of the major CAD model files.
Any idea how I can get these model files?

STEP files were released December 19th. That's probably the best you're going to get.
