Hardfault - Precise data access error
Hi all,
During the print this morning I got this error:
MK4, 5.0.0-RC
Anyone know what caused this error?
RE: Hardfault - Precise data access error
I contacted support and here is their respond:
It is possible that it was a glitch of the RC version of the InputShaping firmware.
They have passed crash dumb file to their devs for checking .

You experienced a Hard Fault on 5.0.0.-RC? ...then update to the 5.0.0 release.

RE: Hardfault - Precise data access error
thanks, it is no rc version, - 4.7.2 and 5.0.0 caused the problem

I had the same problem. I turned my printer off and started it up the next day, loaded a new gcode into the usb stick, and when i put it into my MK4, it didnt find the USB. I had to pull it out and push it back in again. Since Ive had issues with USB conntections going loose on other machines, could this be the problem?

RE: Hardfault - Precise data access error
Ok thank you! I didn’t know there was a chat function but the printer screen did say to email support with the crash dump file.
RE: Hardfault - Precise data access error
Chat is in the bottom right corner of many prusa pages, it appears after about three seconds of the page opening
for instance just checked this page
Best wishes, Joan
