FILAMENT SENSOR FAIL
This morning I made this same post. I then -reported- it myself with a request to have it moved to the MK4 forum ...because somehow it was in 3.9 but when I got home to look ... I was banned. NICE. #$%@#$%
I spent all weekend correcting issues stumbled into with a Prusa nozzle. NOT one with a v6 nozzle on the same filament and temps. I tried to do the magnet trick for the sensor, nothing like a few times. was getting ready to take off the gear cover when I decided to power-cycle even though I pushed reset --- in the video. After the power-cycle it worked again ... wtf ..
But yeah, Paul Harbin with the I want to believe space ship got banned for posting this video? or reporting myself and asking to have it moved?

RE: FILAMENT SENSOR FAIL
I mean seriously ... banned for what?
RE: FILAMENT SENSOR FAIL
I think I will just post all of this on reddit.
RE:
Hi Paul, I am looking into this ban for you...
RE: FILAMENT SENSOR FAIL
You know, this feel like a PR ban. Oh this guy isn't happy and is showing videos of unfavorable things, ban him. I will definitely express that on my redit post. And how my MK3S+ is a better more reliable machine than my 4 and that I complete regret buying my 4, 10000% as of now and this nonsense. I will post all my support chat transcripts as well. How do problems like this does not get fixed when you have the capacity to run hundreds or printers? Alpha printer rushed to released, public tester based charged a premium for an unfinished product. All because of this war with Bambu, who must be winning. And the Covid excuse for the XL doesn't work anymore. Thank god I didn't buy into that. This is so disappointing you know, because the Ideal and principle on surface value rings good. I'd rather my money go to the EU but no ... not anymore.
Anyways,
Goodluck. won't see you around.
RE: FILAMENT SENSOR FAIL
I saw your post Paul, and endeavoured to move it as requested
I messaged you to say it was done, about 18 hours ago.
regards Joan

RE: FILAMENT SENSOR FAIL
I saw, but the ban is because of?
RE:
And as mysteriously it appeared ... it has gone ... still unanswered ... lol but whatever ...
RE: FILAMENT SENSOR FAIL
Did it ever occur to you that it is a malfunction of the forum by moving your post?
The posts of yours that I have read are also not different from many others. It is after all a help forum. It would be pretty strange not to be able to report a problem.
It would not be what I expect from prusa. And I have not heard anything similar here in the forum.

Yes sure, this sounds nice on Paper, but has it occurred to you nobody ever said that? The closest thing I got for 24 hours was I'll look into it. Nobody ever said it was a mistake sorry. I mean, something as simple as that can't be so hard can it? 48 hours later I still don't know. It does occur to me that it is not that hard to say sorry, we don't know what happened, but we fixed it. That didn't happen either. But I forgot, there are no mistakes at Prusa, only opportunities for improvements =)
