Filament Retracting makes noise

Hello,

My MK4 is (nearly) printing nonstop since two weeks and all worked well.

For a few days now I noticed a strange noise every time when the printer retracts filament during the print to go from point A to B.

The noise can best be described as two balloons rubbed quick against each other. It happens mostly during the print of the infill and it's so quick, it can be mistaken as a click noise.

I think it might be a problem concerning the internal heat of the print head. The printer stands in a self built enclosure and the doors are open. When the printer is idle for a few hours and cools down to room temperature, the noise does not appear for 1 to 3 hours when starting a new print. Over the time of the print the noise appears to get louder and more squeaky for the same event.

I hope, it is understandable how i wrote it.

I print only PLA and no input shaper with these parts and the print quality is good. So no errors there.

I'm just concerned, that there is something going to be damaged anywhere in the extruder.

I also looked into the extruder and it just looks fine. No parts are stuck and the extruder runs without noise when I turn it from the menu.

Here is a video of the sound.

I hope there is someone, who can identify it.

Greetings, Alex
