Filament not feeding into heatbreak tube
I've had to clear some jams recently on my Mk4, and now the filament just won't go down into the heatbreak tube smoothly anymore - it just won't find the hole, and on filament load the firmware resorts to ramming with no success.
Things I have tried:
- Clipping the filament at an angle
- Adjusting the idler tension screws
- Using an Allen key to make sure the filament holes in the PETG plastic frame around the extruder gear are clear
- Disassembling and reassembling the gearbox
Of course, maybe not persistently enough.
Have any of you faced this before? Any tips on what else to try, or which of the above to double down on?
Filament is a fresh reel of Prusament Galaxy Black btw, no steong curving.
