Filament jams on multi color prints
Since I added a plated copper heat block on my MK4, when I do manual color printing, about 50% of the filament unloads fail due to the filament bulging which gets stuck in the tensioner.
The does not occur for normal unload operations, which makes me wonder if it related to the tool change routine. The copper heat block, nozzle adapter, and hardened nozzles has been leak tight since I installed it.
I need to get this resolved before I install the MMU3. I print a lot of carbon fiber and would rather not have to buy the more expensive nozzles.
Any thoughts.
