Control Panel Display During Printing

Does anyone agree with me that the image of the model displayed on the control panel during printing is a bit naive?

Although the print sheet and the model is shown in a perspective view, the coloured progress indication merely moves up the model at the same level as the ‘thermometer’ bar on the right.

Surely it would be more meaningful if the level of progress up the model was shown in the same perspective as the model itself – like the level of water filling a bottle.

What say you?

Completely agree.

I would happily sacrifice the image of the model for more information instead - time remaining until next filament colour change, etc

Yea, the novelty of that display wore off after the 3rd or 4th print. I have it disabled now
