Color change and filament sensor

I estimate 10-20% of the time, whether for an initial filament load or a color change load, the sensor doesn't detect I've inserted the filament. For an initial load it is easy to just go to Filament -> Load to override the sensor but during a color change there is no method I've found to effectively "force" it to load. Currently I keep a can of compressed air handy, open the gear cover, and give it a shot or two of compressed air after which it will work but I don't feel this is a great solution. Is there a better way to do this? Would it be a reasonable enhancement request to add a "Load filament" button during a change? I searched the GitHub issues and didn't see anything for this. Maybe I'm an outlier.

Note this is on a factory MK4.

RE: Color change and filament sensor

I'd contact Prusa Support. Sounds like a hardware problem, and a load filament button feels like putting a bandaid on the underlying issue.
