clogged filament

 

hi im after a bit of advice i have done 3 prints with my MK4 only received it last week and it has clogged up where the arrows are pointed in the picture i have been through help guides and i am at a complete loss on what to do next any advice would be great im now to this and now quite dissapointed that this has happed after 3 small prints, PLA that has clogged it and the brand was prusament filament not sure how relevant that is Many thanks

1. try to do a cold pull (see https://help.prusa3d.com/article/cold-pull-mk4-xl_445071 )

If it is not possible to load/unload filament, try to heat the nozzle to maximum temperature so that the filament gets fluid. Maybe it will flow out of the nozzle.

If not, try to use the acupuncture needle to open the nozzle.

 

I had similar issues with the clogged nozzle, but mine already printed about 35 rolls of filament.
I ordered a new nozzle, but right now it is working after declogging.

i will give the cold pull ago unfortunately the clog it in the middle, top and nozzle is clear
