Changing nozzle MK4

I want to replace the nozzle and have bought a Brass E3D-V6-Nozzle-175-400 0.40 mm. It is over 12 mm high. The nozzle that comes out of the MK4 is 21 mm high and also looks different in terms of construction. Can the small one also be used? If so, what is better? Another point is that I can’t get the nozzle loose. Followed Prusa instructions, but not succeeded. Try again with higher (285°) temperature that I read somewhere?

RE: Changing nozzle MK4

The 21mm brass part of the MK4 nozzle is permanently attached to the longer tube.  When you unscrew the nozzle, the tube should come with it, so hold the heater block with one spanner and turn the nozzle with another.  And yes, heating it up may help with removal.

To use the V6 nozzle, you'll need the V6 adapter: https://www.prusa3d.com/product/nextruder-v6-nozzle-adapter/

Strange, I had sent a photo, but got a block. Photo zipped but still not there. I’ll try again. But well: I unscrewed the nozzle from the heatblock and the long pipe with what I now understand with the heatsink and heatbreak and the nozzle. So I should be able to just pull the nozzle off the heatbreak? If that works, which nozzle fits on it now without the nozzle adapter?

I can't get that zip file, so I'm not certain what you're asking, but to be clear - the nozzle shown in this link doesn't separate at all.  To replace it you either need a new Nextruder nozzle, or you need the adapter that I linked to in my previous post plus a V6 nozzle.

Just one more thing. In the MK4 manual 1.2 Quick-Swap Nozzles it is described that you have to disconnect the wiring for both the entire hotend assembly (nozzle and heater block) and the adapter for replacement. Or simply remove only the nozzle and replace it with a different model.
If you see that for the first time, the picture with an entire hotend assembly and the adapter certainly does not show how and what.
If you search:  'Install and Replace' are quickly confused.

So far I have not been able to find anything for the MK4 to replace the nozzle in combination with the adapter. Just like this?

And what about:
1.2. Quick-Swap NozzlesChanging nozzles is super quick with our new thumbscrew system. Simply flip open the side fan(print fan) to reveal two thumbscrews. Unscrew them to release the nozzle assembly. Thendisconnect two cables from the LoveBoard in the Nextruder and pull out the entire hotendassembly (nozzle and heater block) and swap it with a different one. Or simply remove only thenozzle and replace it with a different diameter model.

Yes, that can be done with the cables in situ if you're careful.  Slacken the thumbscrews and then hold the heater block still with one of the spanners.  If you're swapping one MK4 nozzle for another, it shouldn't be very tight - there's no need for it to be too tight against the heater block because there's no seal to make/break.

If you install the V6 adapter though, the V6 nozzle seals against the face of the adapter, so the nozzle has to be tight, and moreover the tightening and loosening have to be done while the heater block is hot, to make sure that the seal isn't blocked by traces of old hard filament.
