Can not flash new 4.7.2 firmware
just finished upgrade from MK3S+ to MK4. Turned on machine and started initial setup. Failed load cell test. Aborted the test and started up the machine. Without any problems I printed the TAG from the USB drive, went well, no problems. Tried another print from slicing to download to USB drive. That went well, no problems. Then I thought I should upgrade to the new firmware 4.7.2. I downloaded it and got the BBF file on to the USB drive. Restarted the machine hoping it would automatically set it up to flash the new firmware. No luck. I have tried several times and nothing works. Not even the method of forcing the installation. I have tried doing the Selftest but the load cell test does not work. Is that why I can't download the new firmware? Any help would be appreciated.

Found the problem. The instructions that came with the upgrade kit (1.02) have been updated by the online instructions. It says to remove any previous versions of the firmware from the USB drive. I did and the new version automatically came up for flashing, which was successful. It does not help to send out conflicting instructions.
