Bed Adhesion Weakening on My MK4
I got my MK4 a few weeks ago and have been printing gridfinity grids and bins in PLA using filament from Prusa and a spool from Hatchbox. I've done about 20 grids and 20 bins. Lately, bed adhesion is getting weaker. I used to have bend the plate both ways to get the model to release enough for me to pull it off. On the last one, it almost fell off on its own with a slight bend. The printer is in my unheated garage. The outdoor high temperatures have gone from about 20C to 28C. I only mention it in case it's a factor. For the last print, I turned the base plate over in case I've worn it out already. That didn't make any difference. I'm using the standard settings that came with slicer and the machine. I use 9o.9% pure isopropyl alcohol (electronics cleaner) to clean the bed plate.
Is this normal for a new machine? I've read about a number of ways to address it, but wanted to ask first in case there's some sort of issue with the MK4.

What bed do you have and when the bed cools it will be easier to get off then hot

Give the print sheet a good scrub with dishwashing detergent (Dawn/Fairy) and rinse with plenty of HOT water.

I'm finding that I have to dishwash the sheet every few prints in addition to IPAing after every single print with the MK4.
On the MK3S, I hardly ever dishwashed the sheet, and IPAed every 10-15th prints.
I think the MK4 first layer gets so much squish that it leaves a lot of plastic behind after a print is removed. This wasn't the case on the MK3S as I likely have z-leveled to a much lesser squish amount.
Give the print sheet a good scrub with dishwashing detergent (Dawn/Fairy) and rinse with plenty of HOT water.

I didn't wash the sheet with detergent. I noticed that the bed temperature was 5C below the temperature given on the control panel. I raised the file setting to 65C and made two gridfinity bins without issue. It was also about 5C cooler in the garage where the printer is located. I with two fans going on the emitter head, I don't think that made any difference, but I could be wrong.
The stated bed temperature and the reading from my Fluke 62 Max+ IR thermometer agreed at the standing temperature of 25C. It's only when it heats up to temp that they differ.

It's the smooth PEI sheet that I believe it standard with the MK4. I also have the satin one, but haven't used it yet.
