A screw fell out of my print head

A print failed and I found a tiny screw on my buildplate. I assume that it fell out of my print head.
I was printing with white PETG. That was pressed so hard onto the build plate that I can't get it clean.
Where should the tiny screw go? The marks on the ruler are millimeters.

Best Answer by Walter Layher:

That is probably a grub screw from the thermistor or heater in the hotend.

Thank you. Yes, one of the screws in the hotend was missing. I put it back and run the calibration.

I read that Acetone is allowed on a Prusa Smooth buildplate and I was able to remove the PETG. The build plate is not damaged.

I think that everything is fixed. The model was a horizontal (flat) lithophane with a layer height of 0.05 and the first layer 0.1. It is not a surprise that it can go wrong.
