do you know, with whoom did you discuss from support?

Would you talk to him again, tell that they should look into thermistor_2004.h file some of the values are incorrect there.

I will try to change in mine printer to see whether I am correct.

I do not know whom I talked to.  They said they would get back to me but never did.  I upped the temperature option on my Generic PETG and things are fine.  I don't have the time to fight this.

How do you place the thermocoupler? on the printbed, between the printbed ? with tesa or any other glueing method?

perhaps you have some pictures of it.

There is a special thermocouple built inside of the probe with magnet for CA 18xx thermometers.

No glue is needed.
