Why does my printer print slower then the sliced speed?
I slice some models at around 300 mm/s, and the actual speed in the slicer showed that, the time was suppose to take 14 minutes, it took about 45 minutes, why?

The speed you specify is only one of the factors. There's also a maximum volumetric rate (how much plastic can go through the extruder per second) and a minimum layer time to allow for cooling, plus maybe others that don't come to mind right now.

It might also be limited by the acceleration of the printer. It looks like the model has a lot of changes in direction and so there might just not be enough time for it to get up to the target speed on any segment. I don't know whether "actual speed" takes acceleration into account, or whether this happens later, in the firmware.

The speed you set is the maximum permitted; high values will only be reached on long, straight, extrusions. You will see no difference in small prints.
