Strange First layer.

I've started having some strange first layers. At first it was just with the input-shaper option. But now its also without it. I ,sometimes, managed to avoid it by changing layer hight. But I would love to understand what the issue is. What setting is causing this.

Did anyone get first layers like this? And managed so solve it?

Esun PLA profile.

0.32mm works

0.20mm works

0.25mm doesn't work. It used to be my standard.

The image looks like something that happened to me when I had was changing nozzle sizes but didn't update all my profiles to the new size.  Is it possible that you changed the profile settings to  a nozzle diameter than what  you have installed on the printer.

I had this happen last night on a large print that covered most of the bed. The front of the part was great but it got gradually worse towards the back until it was no longer attached to the bed. I've seen several of these defects and the only thing they had in common is that I let the print go to full heat soak. When I cut the heat soak to a minute or less, the problem never happens.

My current conclusion is that the problem occurs if the nozzle isn't completely filament free when the printer is doing the measuring of the build plate, ie the nozzle-cleaning hasn't worked. So with some filaments I have to manually remove a small speck of filament before the process start.
