Main change was listing 5-9th April orders as currently shipping and anything previous has now been shipped.
I ordered on the 7th, patiently waiting for my shipping confirmation!

Hmm... I havn't had any dispatch email as of yet? I'm in the already shipped box 4th April, the list is out of sync already.

I'd rather a delay and they do their checks etc. properly rather than rushing to meet it exactly.

Just did a new chat with Prusa about my April 3 order. It is being assembled and should ship in 1 to 3 days. They said they got a little behind from the MK4 Shipping table but are catching up.
The new list says everything ordered prior to April 5th as having already shipped and orders from April 5th to April 9th will ship this week.
Unfortunately this list is incorrect. I ordered my printer on Apirl 4th and it still has not shipped yet.

I ordered April 3 and the status is still "New". I chatted with Prusa asking why the shipping table says it was shipped but I have not been notified. They said there was some small problem effecting a batch of the orders from April 2, 3 and 4 but they were getting that worked out and those orders will go out this week. They said we would get an email to indicate it has been shipped.

Then they should not have said already shipping on the new shipping table but put an asterisk or something. I ordered my printer on April 4th as well and I haven't received a shipping notice nor has the status of my order changed.
That being said, I'm glad they caught the issue before the printers shipped.

As of this morning my order status changed from New to In Process. The order was placed on April 4h, 2023. I have not received the shipping email yet.
It looks like Prusa is running about 3 to 5 days behind their shipping information page.

UK duties are 20% VAT, no import duties only a small handling fee from DHL

I receved email from Fed Ex.
Prusa has broken my order into two shipments. I presume 1 is the printer I ordered and the other one is the adapter to use old nozzles on the new extruder.
Fed Ex label created on 7-Jun-23 at 3:04AM
Fed Ex picked up one of two items on 7-Jun-23 at 4:43PM.
Fed Ex says this should be delivered 9-Jun-23 before 4:30PM if all goes well.
According to Prusa Support: "Probably the adapter, but the printer is also packed and should be picked up very soon "
This is as of 11:54 CDT on 7-Jun-23.
I still have not received an order shipping status email from Prusa. I don't think I will until the printer itself it picked up by FedEx.

The Prusa customer service rep said that the two items shipped from different warehouses and that is why they shipped in two different packages.
A housing is quite big and might be too big to ship in the same box with a printer. For shipping cost as well as how to pack safely and securely.

My Mk4 and enclosure bundle is coming in 2 boxes under the same tracking No. finally have all the emails from Prusa and marked as shipped 🙂 shouls be delivered Monday hopeful;ly..
I was getting worried that altering the order from the mk4 to the mk4 + enclosure bundle a month ago had delayed my order, the bundle wasn't an option at the time of my original order (I was interest the MMU3 more) might be waiting a while for that though? It turns out the agent gave me the correct info..

Got an update from CS that mine likely will be sent at Wednesday next week due to the slight delays. Just an update if anyone has ordered around the 7th April.

At 11:30 PM CDT on June 7th I received the following email from Prusa:
Your order with the reference number 1680619843 has been packed and the tracking number has been generated. Your order will be expedited soon.
At 1:43AM CDT on June 8th I received the following emails from Prusa:
1 - We would like to thank you for shopping on our e-shop. The Delivery slip with the number DE1680619843 for your order 1680619843 has been generated by our system. You can find it in the attachment.
2 - We would like to thank you for shopping on our e-shop. The Invoice with the number 1680619843 for your order 1680619843 has been generated by our system. You can find it in the attachment.
Prusa's website reports the date of dispatch at June 6th, 2023.
My order was shipped in to packages (the printer and an adapter to allow old nozzles to be used with the new extruder)
Federal Express shows the following statuses:
Package #1 Label created: 7-Jun-23 @ 3:04AM Package Received: 7-Jun-23 @ 4:43 PM Arrived at FexEx: 8-Jun-23 @ 7:12 AM Location Boeln DE Package #2 Label created: 7-Jun-23 @ 3:04AM Package Received: 8-Jun-23 @ 9:29 AM
I don't know which package is which but Customer Service at Prusa believes that the adapter shipped first and the printer shipped a day later.
With any luck I should receive my printer (and adapter) next early next week.
I would guess that Prusa is still running about a week behind their published shipping dates.
Honestly I don't think that's too bad for ramping up full production for a new product.
So, keep the faith, your printer will come!!!
