Order is mk4 assembled black. No extra parts

My prebuilt MK4 printer ordered on 30th of March 2023 was today shipped. So i hope DPD will delivere it until 20th of May.

Hello guys,

My kit was ordered on april 12th 2023 15:23:31 GMT according to the epoch converser. The only thing i know is that it was during the day the kit orders were enabled. I hope i will receive it before end of june! I'll update when i get the shipping mail. 🙂

Has anyone been in discussion with Support recently about the Mk4 kit shipping schedule?
I ordered mine 13 April and back then, I recall the website said new orders would be shipped in July.
Even today, the website still says new orders will be shipped in July......does that mean there may be a chance that the early orders may ship sooner?

When I ordered my MK4 upgrade kit last April 3rd, the website said it will start ship in early or mid June. I hope it's correct ship date since I'm being impatient 😋.

Why do you think Prusa made the google doc?  As I understand it, that's a customer created and editable list of orders so that when people get updates from Prusa they can update the list so other people can work out when they might get progress too.

Maybe this is something we could suggest them (if not already):

A tool, like a web page, where we can see tables, one for each kind (kit, assembled, upgrade, etc) and all the order number and their state. It must be not that hard to develop.

Then we all could check how many orders are in front of ours and estimate by ourselves...

I had to reach the customer service, and took this opportunity to ask about the shipping. If it can help people here...

From what I can see the order is dispatched to be shipped in July. I can't see any exact date at this moment as we had some issues with the production of the printers and we have not yet shipped the first orders, we will soon as we managed to fix the issues and are working as hard as possible to recover the delay. Once we start shipping the first orders we will be able to see exactly the estimation times for each order. What I can guarantee here is that once your order will be ready you will get an email from us with the tracking info.

Hello everyone I am still on the road, but my team back at HQ is hard at work and I want to post a few updates before I get a chance to push out a full-fledged article We’ve run a survey with the first few hundred MK4 users and the feedback is great, I would even say the best launch we ever had. I plan to include some data in the article too As some already noticed we changed the MK4 gearbox cover. It is manufacturing optimization and gives us a higher yield in production - we can make more printers. This is part of every printer lifecycle and MK3 had hundreds of production tweaks over time. This and some other little things slowed us down a bit, and we are now roughly 2 weeks behind the original estimated dates. We are now picking up speed We register a few user reports with MK4 not being as quiet as it should be. We are investigating, and it looks like one limited batch of motors with different specs is the probable culprit. I will follow up in the article We also have a few cases of switched connections of heatbreak and print cooling fans. This is one manufacturing operator error and it is fixed. We will update the selftest, which will be a great benefit even for user servicing and mods later on The WIFI speed has got a speed bump in the firmware 4.6.1 and we expect to have networking significantly faster over the upcoming months. The firmware with Input Shaper is being internally tested and I’ll cover it in a proper article soon And some great news at the end - we managed to get more space for our manufacturing and we plan to hire up to 100 new colleagues before the year's end, I think this is amazing in this day and age Happy printing

There is no way july I had support tell me last week that I was most definitely in the first batch at 13278 and that was about 8 minutes after orders went live. They mentioned shipping in the next 2-3 weeks last week…

Might be a silly question, but where are you getting your 5 digit order numbers from? My order number is 10 digits.

My order for an assembled MK4 was placed on March 31, then edited a couple of weeks ago to be bundled with a Prusa enclosure.  People advised that doing so wouldn't affect my place in que as far as shipping times go.  But after waiting just shy of 7 whole weeks already, I hope that my printer will be shipped very soon as I've read on here that at least a couple of orders placed on March 30th for MK4 assembled printers have been already shipped.

Thanks. I ordered the Mk4 kit on 13 April around 6.30 in the morning Sydney, Australia time which places my order 12 April at around 8.30 at night GMT, according to the Epoch converter format, so still got my order in on day 1.

I'm also hoping there are no more issues that will delay delivery as I sold my Mk3S+ about a month ago, given I expect the resale market will be impacted with high volumes of Mk3's when Mk4 kits start to be received.

To be honest, with all this waiting I've actually been looking at videos of the BambuLab X1 again, with the AMS.......

I have 3 of them (2 X1s and 1 P1P).  They are good, but they are overhyped.  If I up the speed, the quality and strength of the print drop.
