Same here. Ordered 22th of april (1682177xxx). I asked support why my order is supended and they told me I have to wait until 11th of september. The order can not be made complete at this moment and that goes for al lot more orders/cutomers he told me. I asked the to split te order and send at least the printer, but that would not make any change. Waiting for almost 4 month now and in the end it will be almost half a year. Until now I did not even think of an other brand printer, but now I am starting to concider canceling the order and buy a Bambu Lab X1.

Sorry to hear that. Can you specify on what exactly do you mean by "suspended"? I guess the order can't be in such a state. Similarly, what did they mean by "can not be made complete"?

Oh man. Thinking about the same if my order will be delayed (once again). Hoping they will refund the money as fast as they took it for payment.

Several part of the order are out of stock at this moment (like some filament). They are waiting to complete the order.

I ordered a Mk4 Kit black on April 26 (week 17) for delivery to Minnesota USA. Shipping estimate was estimated for week 33 (starts August 14th).
Shipment was handed over to the transport. Pickup Date: 2023-08-15 16:05:51 from Czech Republic.
Delivery by August 18th seems likely.

Interesting illustration of what’s happening in the U.K. in terms of shipping problems. I got a notice yesterday that my kit had shipped. It’s expected in seven days. A lot longer than some non U.K. shipping times I’ve seen on here, including the USA. Britain has done this to itself.

Not so, My Mk4 Kit was shipped on the 24 July and arrived on the 27 July. This was with DHL on a 2-4 day delivery, What delivery did you request?

Hi folks,
I placed my order in July (printer kit only, no extras) with a posted 7-8 week lead time shown. It seems based on recently received orders here that the lead time is still running far longer than that. Is that accurate? I'm happy to be in the cue, since I don't have interest in any other printers on the market right now, but I would like to have realistic expectations. This will be my first 3d printer, and I'm keeping the order a surprise to my son (who desperately wants a printer) for now, in part because the wait would be a distraction/frustration for him.

I had the same 7-8 weeks lead from an early July order. The current lead time is now 6-7 weeks. According to the schedule I’m looking at a ship in week 2 of September.

The schedule also seems to be accurate. I ordered my kit on 5/12/2023 and the state switched to "In Progress" today.

They seem to have ramped up production pretty well and are slowly catching up!
