I dont have to pay duty. it is an inner EU Transport. From Tschechei to Germany

Ah sorry I assumed it was in the UK! Hermes may be better where you are in that case - I’m pretty sure Prusa use DHL for shipping to the UK.

The status for my order 16813197XX just changed to In Progress.
The order was for MK4 Kit. Color Black-Orange. No extra sheets. No other items added to order.
The status of my order 16813197XX has changed to Shipped and I have received tracking information from DHL.
The ETA for delivery is 7/24 and so far no notice about any duty owed.
It was about 3 days from processing to shipped.

My order is since 11.07. in progress, contacted support today if there is anything wrong with the order...she told me that the carrier needs to pick it up when he has capacity...maybe this time not the best choice to select packeta and post.at to Austria.

again they delayed the shipment of my kit with order "16813179XX" which is equivalent to 18:46 CET
I consulted last Friday and they assured me of the following: "We are taken steps to make sure that this will happen, as I mentioned Michele is already checking this with our shipping team to guarantee that your order will ship either today or early next week, on Monday or Tuesday, not later than that"
Seeing that nothing happened today and it continues in a new state, I contacted C.S and they answered me "From what I can see your order will likely be shipped towards the end of this week. In the shipping table it should correlate to the second field."
I will not cancel my order because it is the first one I have made with prusa (and the money would not be returned to me anyway, it would only be credited as a positive balance on my credit card)
I have seen many other kits here, they have already been sent with and without extras and the truth is quite frustrating, I feel that it has to do with the country from where I bought it 😔 .

Came online because i wanted to check my MK4 kit order that was scheduled for last week just to see that the shipping schedule was stretched by 2 more weeks on the last day. I am okay with delays, but a 2 week delay could have been communicated earlier. That's the real bummer for me.

Same here, I don't need another 3D printer since my ender 3 still works fine, but I wanted something better and more modern. I don't mind it taking a while to get here, but waiting until the last minute to announce a 2 week delay has made me mad. For sure the knew for a while that they would have to delay, why not tell the customers?

Positive balances on your credit cards are required to be returned to you if requested from the card issuer.

Finally my order is in progress, there was a problem with an item that was no longer available, however they need to better manage shipping payments but above all communication.

Depends on card issuer. Ive had a refund put my card in a negative - all that happens is you start using your card like a pre-paid card until the balance clears and it goes back into credit.

Maybe a few for unknown reasons, but I think generally shipped in order.
Mine is still showing Paid - New. #1681330xxx
