My order is a few numbers before yours and still nothing, I think if they don't ship by tomorrow I'll get my money back, I didn't expect such a big company to treat its customers like this, especially after taking the money for 3 months really bad

CS Reps via chat will just stick with the shipping schedule. They do not have any further information, so the standard response is 'the order is still expected to ship this week' since all they do is look at the current schedule, not the actual order queue.
All I got was 'it is in the current batch expected to ship this week', but when pressing I later got 'the latest would be next week'........lol

The Seconds batch ist finished on sunday 23:59. If it will be shiped on monday or later, they failed to hold the Deadline. Let US Hope the best, that they will be finished tomorrow.

I know you all are impatient. I ordered my assembled printer on 4-Apr-2023 and I received it on 9-Jun-23. A tiny bit more than 3 months later.
Prusa has not failed you. Prusa is not cheating you. Prusa hasn't even lied to you. Yes, their shipping estimates are a tiny bit optimistic. For the first 2 months there weren't any shipping estimates.
Prusa is a small company and is dedicated to producing quality reliable products.
They don't always have the resources to update the shipping schedule every day.
I would rather wait an additional month or so and get a fully functional reliable printer.
You should be thankful that Prusa cares about quality and customer service.
Do you know of any other company that gives such excellent customer and technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
Also, Prusa uses their printers to print every single printable part on the printer. No injection molding or commercially manufactured parts. If they encounter a problem with produced parts or product failure they stop the production line, root cause the issue, fix it, test the fix and resume production. No company that i know of is that quick to respond to production issue in the final product.
What better way to insure the quality of their products then to use their products to produce their products. I don't know of any other manufacturer that does this.
Please cut the folks at Prusa a little slack and be happy that making the best product possible is their main goal.

I’m not knocking Prusa at all - I just don’t appreciate the fact that I’ve paid in full and then being kept in the dark with no idea of when I will receive my item. I would have been more patient if I had only paid a deposit - not the full amount 3 months prior, and still sitting here not knowing when I’ll get anything. To me, that’s unacceptable. I appreciate it may not be for you.
Prusa are large enough to take thousands of orders - I wouldn’t consider them a small business with the kind of influence they have over the market as well as the customer base. There is no point in saying you would rather wait and get a fully functional printer - there will be no major changes now. The kits people received a month ago are the same kit I will receive next week, or next month, or in 6 months time. It’s been refined and the final version has been released.
I haven’t knocked Prusa as a company, I haven’t stated anything negative about their support (other then the reps not knowing anything about shipping other then the published schedule), and I haven’t knocked the quality of their products. All are great. But I’m sorry, the ordering process sucks.

Almost. The MINI has two injection molded parts, the front and back plastic pieces that join the left and right "X-channel" metal pieces, which together form the main base of the printer.

that is changing the rules of the game and it is different from what they initially said, I personally find it unfair, especially considering that they have the stock to send a pair of nozzles and a set of silicone socks

I hope mine ships today considering they already sent a kit with an enclosure and let's just say it's no smaller than a pair of nozzles and some silicone socks.
I think I'll talk to C.S again later to find out what's going on, since on Wednesday they told me they would contact me by email if it hadn't been sent yet
