I ordered Original Prusa i3 MK3/S/+ to MK4 upgrade kit and it supposedly to be ship out this week, but my order status remains "New" unfortunately. 🙁 I ordered on April 3.

For one week now, I am trying to decide between a MK4 kit and a P1P/X1C… I absolutely WANT to go with Prusa, but it seems they do everything to keep me away (Input Shaper not yet available, Slow network speeds, long delivery times (which seems to be even longer than announced), etc.).
Have to decide today, as I want to make sure to get the free roll of Filament… 😀

My advice would be to get the Prusa ordered asap. That way you get into the queue and get the roll of free filament added to the printer. You will have several weeks before it ships, and you can go into your online account and cancel the order at any time if you change your mind. At least this way you are in the queue and with the filament roll, and it gives you a few more weeks to decide what to do!
Just bear in mind full payment is taken up front, even though you can get it refunded if cancelled of course.

Ordered at 17:44, black trim without extras. Still at "New - Paid" status. White strange that they have not shipped it yet, I live in Spain so no customs or any kind of paperwork needs to be done and I can clearly see that any people who ordered way later than me have already received their orders. I will ask costumer support if I don't have any news by next Wednesday or so.
Anyone on the same situation?

Same here. I'm from the EU as well, and I ordered my MK4 kit (orange) at 17:50 (CET - time zone is probably crucial), and it is still marked as "paid." However, I believe that at Prusa, there is no one who wants us to wait. They are doing their best to send out as many orders as possible. It appears that the demand is simply enormous. I will wait for the next two weeks before considering reaching out to support. In the meantime, I hope the MK4 becomes more mature.

My orange 17:32 kit shipped today so color doesn't say much...
It's not only order time that controls the shipping time. Also country, shipping method and added items can effect shipping.
