Reading UPS SNMP status (how to add to feature requests?)
Hi, am using the Mk4 via WiFi, have a few clients using it via the Ethernet port. They are plugged in to a UPS that also is on the LAN, most network aware equipment that are power sensitive (NAS etc..) have the ability to read the UPS status via the protocol SNMP, its very simple with only a few OID's required. A manual time is entered for how long it will run on battery, although most UPS will output the battery charge start AND if its on power or battery so this could be fully automated (got in to power save mode when the battery reaches 5% etc...).
