Printed Models Lay Flat
Hello, I use Prusa MK4 to print objects scanned in Revo Scan, and the objects never lay flat. This is my problem. I consulted my scanner manufacturer and they replied that it is not possible to set the orientation to flat in the scanning software. Their suggestion to me is to use the prusa slicer to position the printed object with one click, but I can't find the so-called "one-click" option in the slicer program to do this. I don't want to change the X and Y directions through the CAD program, which will be very troublesome. I need your help~
I can't add my original image

This is basic operation. Please read and go through the Prusa Slicer knowledge base. Specifically the UI pages, https://help.prusa3d.com/article/ui-overview_1766
Item 4 the left hand menu and its Place on Face tool https://help.prusa3d.com/article/place-on-face-tool_1781
I presume your scans have unscannable edges - undersides or inaccessible backs - and that other edges have real-world curvature ... leaving problem areas.
If you are scanning objects on a turntable or plinth then include some of the turntable in the export from the software and use the Cut function (icon at left) to clean-up and give it a flat bottom.
If you have one-sided scans then likewise export a deeper block and again cut to a flat.
To rotate the scan onto a different surface use the Place on face function - another icon at left.
Cheerio,

Thank you for your reply. This situation will happen. Generally, I will scan and stitch multiple times.
