MK4 Texture Sheet not sticking

MK4 Smooth sheet works fine, but when I tried to used the MK4 textured sheet nothing sticks after the 1st layer.  Does the slicer need to know what type of plate I'm using.  Plate is new and I have cleaned it per Prusa instructions.  Filament is ASA.  Using new prusa slicer.

I would use some kind of glue in this case, either gluestick or 3dlac. I haven't printed ASA on my MK4 yet, but on the MK3S+ this was the same behaviour you describe. A brim also helps with adhesion. And the slicer does not need to know the type of the sheet, that is the job of the printer.

You don’t need to tell the slicer what sheet you’re using no… but ASA doesn’t stick to well to the textured sheet and it’s recommended to use a glue stick with the textured sheet.

My MK3 textured sheet work great, no glue needed on ABS, ASA, PLA.  I will use glue, just thought maybe the Z needed to be lowered.  Not to sure that can happen on the MK4.  Thanks for the info.
