MK4 - Silent mode?
Do we think that prusa will give us a silent mode like on the mk3s+?
Will the new firmware make printer less prone to resonance maybe?

I finished my MK3S+ to MK4 conversion kit a little while ago. In my opinion I would not worry about any "Silent Mode". This thing is as quit as it can be. I just does not hoot and holler like my MK3S+ used to. In my opinion I don't think you need to have a silent mode with this machine. Buy the way it prints like a champ.

Not using Input Shaper is the Silent Mode. With IS profile it is as loud as the MK3.

I've had the opposite experience, which was totally unintuitive to me. Going to the IS firmware made the printer quieter as I don't have resonances in the bearings any more. Either my MK3S+ is unusually loud or my MK4 is unusually quiet?

It does seem to be quieter in some scenarios, while in some it is louder. For example, printing gyroid infill on big models seems to be louder in IS than in normal mode. Overall, it is still quiet that I forget it is printing on the desk behind me.
