Sorry for your problem - but this is not related to the MK4 in general. It is your individual sample which has a problem. Ask for replacement.
My MK4 is running without any issue (PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU). The filament sensor stuck sometimes but this will be addressed with the MMU3

I think this is a Bambulab bot. Sounds totally implausible.

Second, After sending a file to the printer from PrusaSlicer OVER THE NETWORK you have to walk to the printer anyway and click the PRINT button to have it start. You can’t actually send a print from PrusaSlicer directly to the printer over your home network and have it start printing. Crazy.
