Thanks. This is an interesting change to note,
For PRUSA veterans: Fasteners are divided into individual bags according to its type. Not into packages for individual chapters, as it was with previous printers.
Hope it's easy to tell the differences.
RE: Mk4 Kit Availability
Not sure I like the thought of sifting through assorted fastners looking for particular sizes...
But I guess that is progress...

RE: Mk4 Kit Availability
Me neither. Either way, it is a lot better than the FYSTC printer I bought. One huge bag of screws.

Print a stack of these stackable trays. Peel off the labels of the plastic bags for each type of fastener and put it on a tray. Empty the bag into the tray. You can stack the trays with the fasteners and keep them from spilling out if you put an empty tray on top. The stack takes very little space and you can find everything easily. Way better than a bunch of cut open baggies on your desk that spill their contents everywhere.

I always found two benefits to this. One, it quiets my OCD demons as I sorted through them, and B, it also made me feel like I was making some kind of progress.

If they are sorted into individual bags for each faster type, wouldn't that be easier? On my MINI, with all the fasteners sorted by chapter, I'd have usually 1-2 types of nuts and 2-4 types of screws all mixed into the same bag, and I'd have to sort those out to build them. Which was easy, because they had life-sized outlines on the sticker on the bag. But also it'd be easier if it says x nut and y screw to just go to the bag with that nut and that screw instead of sorting out a few types all mixed together.
Unless they mean all screws regardless of length are in one bag, all nuts regardless of type are in another, etc. In that case, it's really not much different than sorting them by chapter. Still easier, if that was the case I'd sort them out from the start in one batch, using some containers as suggested or an egg carton or similar.
RE: Mk4 Kit Availability
They are ahead of schedule. My order shipped today. It was supposed to ship on the 19th per the online schedule.

I usually sort them all out and put them in little baggies. Thanks, I will give this a try.

When did you place your order? Saw one who said he placed his order at 17:37 and was shipped yesterday but I don´t know if it was true.

This is what has me so confused, my order was at 5:28:02 CET on the 12th and there have been no updates on the status of my kit to the US.
RE: Mk4 Kit Availability
Prusa support told me they are a week behind schedule today on the kits and said they haven't shipped them past the 5:30 schedule so now I'm very confused lmao, I was told early next week

If they are, mine is ahead of the shipping schedule on the list on the internet. I have attached a copy. I ordered after 530PM CET. It should not have shipped until 19 June, but it shipped 4 days early.

Now I´m totally confused 😀 You ordered at 18:43 thats far behind the cut line.
I was happy to order at 17:55 because I relied on the alert but then saw that the orders where already open about half a hour.
RE: Mk4 Kit Availability
Did you happen to order an enclosure with yours? I see that orders with enclosures are shipping first.
I ordered mine at 15:22 CET and mine still says new. Trying to figure out their shipping logic....or lack of it....lol
