MK4 extruder / heatbrake fan speed during printing

Hi! I've question related to MK4. Suppose that room temperature is around 21-22C and I'm printing with hotend temperature set to 225C.

Question: What is yours extruder (heatbreak) fan speed??

Mine ramps up to 8000 RPM most of the time (100%) and it's very loud. Heatsink temperature is around 37-38C. Comparing to MK3s Noctua's a it is night and day difference. I know that this Delta fan has higher airflow rating but I'm wondering why it is running so high...

RE:

I have the same noise "issue". So the firmware or the slicer sets the heatbreak target temp to 36°C and the it will try to reach that, which is barely possible even with a environment temperature of 21°C imho. so the fan ramps up to max speed and causes endless noise.
if you use octoprint you can submit the following gcode in terminal (on your own risk ofc.!)

M142 S40; set heatbreak target temp to 40°C (default is 35/36°C)

and you will pretty much immediately see how the fan speed reduces until 40°C is reached or the setting gets overwritten (maybe it will be reset during layer change or something, I'm not sure, but it doesn't seem to stick).

I think the passive cooler on the mk4 is too small or a bad design and maybe the target temp is also set to restrictive, but I don't know if there are side effect if the settings is constantly set to a higher value.

My MK4 Kit (no Upgrade) is also running with 100% hotend fan shortly after the hotend is heating.

Exactly the same behaviour as shown in the video from @ak-4.

Compared to my MK3 the new MK4 is a lot louder. Anoying as I expected noise reduction as advertised.

Has anyone already talked to the Prusa Support? Any particular reason why the Heatbreak target temperature is set so low? I would expect a lot more users complaining about it.
