I've been grumbling all day as it is two weeks today since the announcement and no kit available. Many curses have been uttered.

Then Joseph makes me look an idiot by putting them up.

accidentally saw the post from mystic gringo, told my wife that the kit can be ordered and a second later she: order it 🙂 best lady love her, she only gave me one condition that i have to order the mmu3 when it's available is. with a heavy heart i agreed lol so our mk3s gets a little brother 🙂

It says now “starts shipping in second half of May. New orders processed in July.”

Does that mean me missing my email for two hours built up a backlog of a month and a half extra time? The wording is confusing to me.

Ordered with a satin sheet. But I have paid for the sheet and it does not appear in the order. Trying to contact the chat.

Ordered with a satin sheet. But I have paid for the sheet and it does not appear in the order. Trying to contact the chat.

My order doesn’t list the sheet. But the printer price is $839, which is the $799 for the printer plus $40 for the extra satin sheet.

I haven’t paid for anything, though I have an order confirmation. My bank refused the payment. I’m waiting for fraud prevention to call me.

Don’t pay any attention to shipping times - mine said new orders processed in June, but I am still expecting my order to arrive early July. Prusa are awful with shipping estimates.

Won’t that mean you pay extra shipping for two separate orders?

Try contacting support and see if they can merge both orders into one.

I would tend to agree, except this looks like something someone typed in specifically, and not an automated thing that their fulfillment system uses. (in reference to the July for new orders).

They went live at approximately 11:20 am EST.  I was working at my computer and had an auto-refresher extension running every 15 seconds.  Eventually I noticed the MK4 page displayed "this product is unavailable", which meant changes were coming.  The site was having issues for a few minutes.  I got the order through at 11:23 am EST.
