Imported STL file looks different than original one

I designed the lid for my chip's enclosure on Autocad. However, after converting it into stl file and opening on PrusaSlicer, my design is always changed by the program. Raises at the edges disappear and it gets asymmetric. How can I transfer my design into the Slicer correctly?

Alas, you didn't include a 3mf project file (zipped up, or the forum sw will reject it), so we don't have access to your STL or your settings. Everything therefore is guesswork. My money though is on errors in the STL file. Is there a triangle next to the parts name in the parts list on the right? If you're on windows you can try to salvage the file by choosing the Fix through Netfabb option (or whatever it's called these days) in Prusaslicer. On other OSs, you can try an online STL fixer such as https://www.formware.co/onlinestlrepair

Alas, I know nothing about Autocad, so I don't know what can be done to avoid such errors in the first place.
